Galloway’s is a family run business, which enjoys an excellent reputation, both locally and nationally. A large part of our reputation has come from our ability and commitment to respond positively to a client’s needs, even and often at short notice.

Whilst most system requirements can be met by off-the-shelf product, there will always be a particular client requirement that is either unique or at best non-standard. The Galloway’s approach is that given sufficient time and a realistic budget, 99 out of a 100 customers needs can be accommodated once a little thought, effort and engineering know how is applied to the situation.

Galloway’s is a relatively small team but big in talent and qualification. All Galloway’s technical team members are electronics engineering skilled to a high level. Moreover, in recent years we have invested heavily in state-of-the-art computer hardware and software – bringing the benefits of in-house component level design of ‘special printed circuit boards and circuits’. Allied to this, we have the skills to develop customer specific software in order to get standard products to perform non-standard functions.

Over many years Galloway’s has built a reputation for going the extra mile in trying to provide complete customer satisfaction. We do not like to walk away from a challenge no matter how daunting at first sight. Consequently, we have gained a vast knowledge of how to overcome and, more to the point, avoid problems.
